The usual complaint about outsourced design is that a bare STL comes back and nobody can tell what was decided or why. Every case here comes back the same way — the files, the reasoning, and a link that lets you check the work before anything is produced.

- The case recordRecords received, the prescription, the design parameters used, every message and every revision, dated. It stays in the portal after delivery.
What we need from you
Send the export as the system wrote it — we would rather convert it than have you reshape it. If something is missing we say so before the case starts, not after.
- Photogrammetry as the system exported it — Imetric4D folder, PIC file, MicronMapper XML with its STL, Aoralscan IPG, T Marker
- IOS scans with horizontal scan bodies in situ — Scan Ladder, NEXUS, SmartFlag, IO Connect
- Tissue scan, opposing and the bite
- CBCT when the case needs a surgical guide
- Photos — full face and retracted, as you have them
- The prescription: implant system, MUA heights, prosthetic plan, shade
The terms around it
- Revisions are part of the priceChanges within the approved prescription — occlusion, contacts, contour, screw access — are included until you approve. New records, a changed implant position or a different prosthetic plan is a new case, quoted as one.
- The files are yoursNo licence, no watermark, no lock-in. Nothing you receive depends on staying a customer.
- White-label for labsEvery case comes back under your lab's name. We do not contact or market to your accounts — not during the case, not after it.
- Under a BAARecords move through the portal, which runs under our Business Associate Agreement. Not email attachments, not a shared drive, not a messaging thread.
