Terms
What is delivered, how approval works, and who is responsible for what. These terms cover the design work; the rest of the site describes my background.
Scope
Design work is dental CAD design.
Full-arch and All-on-X design, diagnostic wax-ups, crowns, bridges, implant crowns and removables, for clinics and laboratories in the United States.
Deliverables are design files.
A production-ready STL, the native design file, and a case record showing the inputs received, the design parameters used, the output files and the approval history.
Design approval
You approve the design before it is finalised.
Every case comes back for your sign-off first. Mark up the occlusion, contacts, contour and screw access on the preview renders, and the design is adjusted until you approve it. You can switch that step off per case when you want the final files straight away.
A new clinical situation is priced as a new case.
New records, a changed implant position, or a different prosthetic plan is quoted separately rather than folded into the approval round.
Turnaround
Turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee.
It is quoted per case when the case is confirmed. If a case is going to run late, you hear it from me before the deadline. Any expedited turnaround and its fee are recorded in the case agreement.
What you receive
The deliverable is the design.
A production-ready STL and the native project file, which your own laboratory or printer works from. Production routing is not open at the moment: files go to your own laboratory or printer.
One invoice, for design.
Design is billed per case. Anything your laboratory charges you for production is between you and them.
Liability
A remake caused by the design is on me.
If the design itself is wrong, the case is redesigned at no charge. How your laboratory handles its own milling, sintering or transit is outside what I can cover.
Design changes after an approved preview are a new case.
The preview exists so corrections happen before production, at design cost, rather than after it, at milling cost.
Inputs you confirmed are your responsibility.
Bite, implant positions and records you sign off on. Doubts are flagged before production, not after.
Liability is limited to the fee paid for the case.
Payment
Invoiced per case.
The agreed price is recorded in the case quote.
Net 14 from the invoice date.
Payment is collected by Stripe in USD, by ACH bank transfer or card. The same terms are printed on every invoice.
Existing agreements remain applicable.
Any promotional terms already agreed for a case remain part of that case agreement. The portfolio does not offer new promotional pricing.
Intellectual property
Delivered case files are yours to use for the case, once the case is paid.
They are yours to work from and to keep. Tooth libraries, implant libraries and internal tooling stay with me.
De-identified renders of the work may be published.
Never with patient identifiers. Clinical photography is published only with written patient authorization.
Disclaimers
Clinical decisions remain with the treating clinician.
Design is not diagnosis or treatment. The clinician verifies clinical suitability and fit before delivery to the patient.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
