- An adjustment to the delivered design within the 7-day window, on the same records and the same implant positions — occlusion, contacts, contour, screw access refinements. Up to two are included in the price.
- New case
- New records, a changed implant position or restorative plan, or work requested after the 7-day window has closed. Quoted and invoiced as a new case.
- Turnaround
- Quoted per case and treated as an estimate, not a guarantee. If a case is going to run late, you hear it from us before the deadline — not after.

Production
Design is the product. Production is an option. Files go to your lab — that's the default, and we don't compete for your accounts.
No lab? We can route the finished case to a US partner lab for milling or printing. Quoted per case, with a subcontractor BAA in the chain.
