Send a Case

FAQ

What people ask before the first case. If your question isn't here, ask — we answer within one business day.

Files & Software

What files do you accept?

STL, PLY, DICOM, JPG/PNG — plus native photogrammetry exports: the Imetric4D folder (iCam4D), the PIC file, MicronMapper XML with its STL, the Aoralscan IPG export, T Marker, and IOS scans with horizontal scan bodies in situ (Scan Ladder, NEXUS, SmartFlag, IO Connect). Send the export as the system wrote it.

All-on-X design

What if I don't have photogrammetry?

Send the case anyway. Horizontal scan bodies work on a standard intraoral scanner, and a plain IOS full-arch impression is accepted too — we call out where a verification step belongs before anything is milled.

What software do you design in?

exocad and 3Shape, to your account's preferences sheet — occlusal scheme, contact tightness, cement gap, screw access, your libraries. Recorded once, per account. After the first case you stop repeating yourself.

What do I get back?

A production-ready STL plus the native design file, and a structured case record: inputs received, design parameters used, output files, and the approval history. A remake starts from the design, not from scratch.

Process

How fast is design turnaround?

Quoted per case when we confirm it, and treated as an estimate, not a guarantee. If a case is going to run late, you hear it from us before the deadline — not after. Rush is +50%, published.

How does design approval work?

Ask for an approval step when you send the case. We share the design before finalising it, you mark corrections directly on annotated preview renders — occlusion, contacts, contour, screw access — and we adjust until you approve. New records, a changed implant position, or a different prosthetic plan is a new case, quoted as one.

How do we communicate during a case?

US-based, US business hours, same timezone. We confirm a new case within one business day and quote the turnaround. Questions during design are answered in the case thread; files move over a BAA-covered channel, never personal accounts.

Pricing & Billing

What does design cost?

Published: All-on-X full-arch temporary from $250 / arch, final design $325 / arch, implant planning with a surgical guide $150–250, diagnostic wax-up from $149 / arch.

Full price table

How does billing work?

Invoiced per case. If we route production, one invoice covers design, production, and shipping at cost — you don't settle with the lab, we do.

Is the first case really free?

One case, no obligation. Send it, judge the design on your own screen — occlusion, contacts, screw access.

Production

Can you also manufacture?

Yes — a finished case can be routed to a US partner lab for milling or printing: zirconia monolithic from $850 / arch, titanium bar or hybrid base from $600, printed provisional (PMMA) from $350 / arch, surgical guide from $250. Production typically runs 7–12 business days; the exact price comes in the case quote.

I'm a lab — are you my competitor?

No. Files go to your lab; that's the default, and we don't compete for your accounts or market to your clients. Production routing exists for clinics without a lab.

Patient Data

Is patient data safe with you?

The workflow is HIPAA-covered end to end: a BAA is in place with our infrastructure provider, a BAA with your practice is signed on request, and case files are encrypted in transit and at rest on US infrastructure. When production is routed, a subcontractor BAA covers the lab.

Compliance

Do I have to de-identify records before sending?

No. Send the prescription and records as you have them — patient identifiers stay inside the HIPAA-covered case channel, and none of it appears on this public site. Outside that channel a case travels on its case ID.

Everything else is answered on a live case. First case free.
