I design single-unit and multi-unit crowns to the anatomy, the contact points, the margins and the occlusion, and to whatever material and process the case will be made in.

What to send
- Prepared scan with a clear margin
- Opposing arch and bite
- Shade and any photographs for anterior cases
- Material and minimum thickness
The margin and the contact decide the fit.
Bring the margin into the scan and tell me the material, and the prep is the only thing I have to work around. If a margin cannot be traced cleanly I will ask, rather than guess where it goes.
